Senior Pastor
Pastor Princeton Irvin Parker uses his gift of speaking to inspire and empower audiences of all ages, races, and creeds to pursue purpose. With a fun, relevant energy and soul stirring speaking style, Princeton imparts wisdom, compassion, and motivation to every listener.
Affectionately called the "kid preacher", Princeton began public speaking at age two. He preached his first sermon at age four, and was licensed as a minister at age seven by the Church of God in Christ under Bishop Charles Edward Blake. He has delivered speeches in various cities and states. From the California State Assembly Floor, to the University of Southern California, to the Walt Disney World Stage, Princeton has a message of purpose that can be translated in any arena. Whether young students or seasoned professionals with families, Princeton is able to relate to all audiences with humor, passion, and power.
Princeton is a national speaker, host, leadership consultant and workshop facilitator. In March of 2011, Princeton had the opportunity to attend the Disney Dreamers Academy in Orlando, Florida. He now serves as a member of the board of advisors who lead the program and mentor students at the annual Academy. In 2016, Princeton’s Disney journey continued as he became a full time cast member of The Walt Disney Company. He currently works as a synergy marketing manager supporting Disney Parks, Experiences, & Products.
Princeton is a proud trojan who graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication. After graduating from college, Princeton launched the “Building Without a Blueprint” podcast; a show for people who feel called to build something bigger than themselves, but have no explanation or representation of how to bring it to pass. Through sermons, interviews, and talks on the show, Princeton inspires those who have a WHAT, but no HOW. Princeton is also the founder and CEO of Building Without A Blueprint LLC, an organization that houses all of his media enterprises and mentors young leaders in high school and college who are pursuing their purpose. In addition to ministry and motivational speaking Princeton has a heart for music. As a songwriter, musician, and vocalist, he loves to extend his passion for inspiring people through song. He released his first single titled “What Hasn’t Changed” in 2020.
In 2015, Princeton began serving Crusade Christian Faith Center as the minister of music under Bishop Virgil Patterson. After joining in 2018, he was appointed as youth and young adult minister and in 2019 Bishop Patterson ordained Princeton as an assistant pastor. In April 2023, upon the announcement of Bishop Patterson’s “re-firing”, Princeton was elected to succeed him as Senior Pastor of Crusade Christian Faith Center.
Princeton lives by the motto: “With God as your foundation, and purpose as your motivation: keep building.”
